These terms are an agreement between you and ServMall ("ServMall", "we", "us") covering servmallng.com and the ServMall and ServMall Vendor apps. By creating an account or using ServMall you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Last updated: 9 October 2026.
You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract to use ServMall.
ServMall is a marketplace. We help customers find, book and pay independent artisans for services such as hairdressing, fashion designing and catering. Artisans are independent businesses, not employees or agents of ServMall. The service itself is provided by the artisan, who is responsible for its quality, safety and any licences it needs. We verify artisans before they can accept jobs, but we do not guarantee any particular result.
Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account. You are responsible for activity on your account, your password and your wallet PIN; tell us straight away at support@servmallng.com if you think it has been misused. Do not use someone else's identity or documents.
A booking is made when you send a request and the artisan accepts it. The price shown in the booking is the agreed price; extra work should be agreed in the app before it is done. Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦).
You can pay from your ServMall wallet, in cash, or by bank transfer where offered. Wallet funding by bank transfer goes to a virtual account issued to you and is credited once our banking partner confirms it. ServMall charges artisans a service fee (commission) on completed jobs, shown in their earnings.
For cash jobs, a job is only closed when the customer and the artisan each confirm it. Artisans can request payouts of their earnings to their bank account.
The cancellation window and any fee are shown in the app before you confirm a booking. If a booking is cancelled inside the allowed window, amounts paid are returned to your ServMall wallet or the original payment method. If a service is not delivered as agreed, report it through the app or at support@servmallng.com as soon as possible, and within 24 hours of the visit, so we can review it and, where appropriate, arrange a partial or full refund. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to restrictions.
Do not use ServMall to break the law, harass or discriminate against anyone, post false or abusive reviews, send spam, or interfere with the service. Do not move a booking off the platform to avoid fees, or ask the other party to pay outside it. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, or where needed to protect users.
We provide the platform on an "as is" basis. As far as the law allows, ServMall is not liable for the acts or omissions of artisans or customers, for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for interruptions outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. If it cannot be resolved, these terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms as ServMall develops. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use ServMall after a change means you accept it.
